Swimming Pool Course 2023 – session 1

This series of 5 sessions runs on 15th, 22nd and 29th January plus 5th and 12th February (Sunday evenings)

Practice capsize drill and learn to use a spray deck.  Learn how to rescue and be rescued by a fellow paddler without leaving your boat.  Practice recovery strokes.  Move on to try the ‘eskimo roll’ – independently righting your boat from a capsize.
