Swimming Pool Course 2 2018 – session 3

This series of 5 sessions runs on 14th, 21st October and 4th, 11th, 18th November

(Sunday evenings)

Practice capsize drill and learn to use a spray deck. Learn how to rescue and be rescued by a fellow paddler without leaving your boat.

Practice recovery strokes.

Move on to try the ‘eskimo roll’ – independently righting your boat from a capsize.
