Membership of British Canoeing
The governing body for canoeing and kayaking in the UK is British Canoeing (BC). All club membersĀ  are encouraged to become members. Benefits of membership of BC incude a waterways licence, which covers various waters including those controlled by the Canals and Rivers’ Trust – including many canals; and those controlled by the Environment Agency – including the River Thames and the Jubilee River. Membership rates can be obtained from the British Canoeing website, where you can join online

The river is once again on RED BOARDS This means NOBODY should be paddling using club equipment unless they have 3 star moving water skills. It also means ALL COACHED SESSIONS THIS EVENING ARE CANCELLED.
Check the conditions of the Thames - the club is in the reach Boveney Lock to Romney Lock.
