Nokia WIndsor Triathlon

We have again been asked to assist the Windsor Lifeguard Club in providing kayak safety cover for the swimming leg of these races on the Thames.  If you would like to help, you’ll need to be at the Arches on Baths Island with a kayak by 5:30 in the morning!  They usually supply a good cooked breakfast after the last swimming race (about 8:30 a.m.)

(You must be competent paddling with a spray-deck, and able to support a swimmer on your kayak, and tow them to the bank if necessary)
