This series of 5 sessions runs on 10th, 17th, 24th November and 1st, 8th December (Sunday evenings)

Practice capsize drill and learn to use a spray deck. Learn how to rescue and be rescued by a fellow paddler without leaving your boat. Practice recovery strokes. Move on to try the ‘eskimo roll’ – independently righting your boat from a capsize.
